Since 1963 The Paraplegic & Quadriplegic Association of SA Inc (PQA), has been providing ongoing support to South Australians who have suffered the trauma of a spinal cord injury & illness. Over the last 39 years PQA has made an ongoing commitment to developing a range of specialised services that include:

- Home Based Counselling and Support Services
- Community Lifestyle Program
- Peer Support Advocacy Service
- Home Visiting Program
- Accommodation Advocacy & Information Service
- Family Support Groups
- HomeCare Plus, a 24 hour/7 day a week In-Home Care
- Volunteer Program.

Each service provided by PQA is designed to rebuild the lives of those who have suffered a spinal cord injury or illness.
