The Royal Society for the Blind (RSB) is South Australia’s primary provider of services for people who are blind or vision impaired. Services range from counselling, in-home support and RSB Guide dog service to white cane training and employment placement. Initial contact is made through the Low Vision Centre and clients need a referral from an opthalmologist.
